When do I receive my items after purchase? We ship our items with different carriers. UPS, USPS and FedEx. There are many shipping options for you to choose from. I purchased items with an echeck and it was not shipped. Orders are only processed when the complete payment is received which may differ from the time the order was placed.
If you use a U.S. bank account, it can take up to four business days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment.
If you use a Canadian bank account, it can take up to eight business days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment.
If you use a UK bank account, it can take up to nine working days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment.
If you use an Australian bank account, it can take up to three working days for the electronic funds transfer to complete and for the funds to become available to the recipient of your payment.

My order was shipped but has not arrived yet. All orders have tracking information sent to the email address that was provided with the order. An email is also sent with direction and links to track your order.
